Construction and specifications
Compound weave belt is a balanced weave belt with mostly straight rods and some crimped ones, giving a dense, smooth surface.
Material grades cover carbon steel up to 550 C, SS304 to 750 C, SS316/316L to 800 C, SS314 to 1120 C and Inconel 600 to 1150 C.
Where it is used
The high-density mesh suits conveying small products such as nuts, bolts, screws, nails, cookies and chemical grain.
Even heat transfer makes it suitable for heat-sensitive items in oven, quenching and tempering equipment.
