Edge Options
Flat Flex Conveyor Belts are available with three edge configurations:
1. C-Shaped Edge / Single Loop Edge Combination
Designed to minimize the risk of edge catching and tangling. Available for selected Flat Flex belt specifications.
2. Single Loop Edge
The most common standard edge finish, suitable for general-purpose conveying. Standard for belts with wire diameters of 1.0 mm and above.
3. Double Loop Edge
Commonly used for chocolate enrober belts and precision-driven applications. Provides enhanced stability, improved durability, and reduced risk of edge breakage.
