Construction and specifications
Chain links and sprockets must be precisely matched to belt pitch, wire gauge and operating load. EPFilter manufactures them in-house to the same tolerances as its belts.
Materials
Chain links in carbon steel, SS304 and SS316; sprockets in nylon (PA6/PA66), SS304, SS316, mild steel, cast iron and UHMWPE/PEEK.
