Construction and specifications
A self-stacking spiral freezer belt forms its own helical support as it travels through a spiral tower, so no separate cage, drum or guide rail is needed.
Products travel a continuous spiral path while cold air circulates through the open mesh for consistent IQF results.
Material selection
SS316L is recommended for seafood, marine protein and brine contact for superior chloride resistance.
SS304 is the standard grade for poultry, bakery, dairy and vegetable freezing lines.
