Construction and specifications
Filter discs and tubes are precision components manufactured from woven metal mesh by stamping or laser cutting, in single-layer or multi-layer assemblies.
Types include single-layer discs, sintered multi-layer discs, spot-welded discs and edge-bound or framed discs.
Where it is used
Used for solid-liquid separation, gas filtration, particle retention and flow control in filters, strainers, valves, pumps, pipelines and hydraulic systems.
